Through the eyes of a child – 2020

I prefer to look at this works as if they were a dream- familiar but still unknown, irrational, and with the thinnest fog that covers them all- like the memories of a child must be. There is a great deal of inspiration in the ways that nature is organized and how it functions. Sometimes, those ways can be highly scenic, which sets the narrative tone for most of these works. I aim to renew my view of nature as I understood it when I was little. My concentration revolves either on small segments that catch my eye or numerous repetitive forms that easily become a large one with an accent on its shape and color.
